Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR (Compensation experience preferred), including technical experience in Workday system configurations and/or custom report generation
- Experience in Workday HCM Core a plus: ability to configure and navigate Workday for core HR and compensation processes.
- Experience in Workday Advanced Compensation a plus: solid understanding of managing complex compensation structures and planning cycles.
- Experience in Workday Reporting a plus: ability to develop actionable compensation analytics using advanced Workday reporting tools.
- Ability to translate technical Workday requirements from IT into clear, actionable insights for business partners.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning and coordination.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist with EIB data loads, job documentation, compensation systems/tools, data preparation, report generation, and system configuration activities, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Support activities such as setting up new jobs and job descriptions, generating compensation statements, creating data loads and reports, participating in market pricing and salary surveys, conducting audits, and supporting incentive compensation operations.
- Design and maintain compensation-related reports in Workday to support compliance, compensation programs, and audit efforts.
- Assist with operational and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation services.
- Provide project management support for compensation initiatives and enterprise-wide projects, including incentive compensation.
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and project plans. May also maintain job documentation tools and compensation documentation repositories.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
