Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation, finance, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly applicable field
  • Experience with systems, relational databases, SQL, Python, Excel (including building models), and business intelligence tools for reporting/dashboarding required
  • Analysis, communication and collaboration skills required

Responsibilities

  • Utilize knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, relational databases, SQL, Python, Excel, and business intelligence tools to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods, provide consultation and subject matter expertise on compensation data, and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
  • Support the group with reporting, audits, security administration, and data loads and manage the intake of ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional owners, regions, application managers, and engineering) to support strategic initiatives by applying systems knowledge, identifying opportunities, and developing or enhancing compensation systems
  • Working with large data sets, apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data aggregation, and the presentation of data to go beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, execute business decisions, and streamline our processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Workday and/or Salesforce and creating advanced reports strongly preferred
  • Experience in Tableau preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate a plus
  • Familiarity with VBA, especially as it relates to Excel and its object model, or programming/scripting knowledge a plus
  • Project management experience a plus
