Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS software
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and analytical skills
- Capacity to multitask, effectively prioritize and adapt to an evolving work environment
- A sense of urgency and keen attention to detail applied to requests and projects

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, and dashboards for HR and workforce related metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, recruiting stats)
- Oversee regulatory reporting requirements and filings (e.g., EEO-C reports, DOL requests, audit requests)
- Partner with compensation managers and HR business partners throughout the year-end compensation process with respect to reporting, reconciliations, sensitivity analysis, market data and benchmarking review
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ensure data integrity in HR systems and processes, with an eye toward increased efficiency and automation in processes where applicable
- Maintain our compensation system in Workday, which includes running system audits, updating compensation plans, maintaining job profiles, creating compensation related reports, and testing any system updates
- Leverage Salesforce, Greenhouse, and other in-house systems to optimize data collection, reporting capabilities, and organizational metrics to help inform business decisions
- Partner with Compliance on applicable data privacy laws
