Requirements

  • Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR
  • An associate degree in any field; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with community partners, agency staff, clients, and impacted communities.
  • Experience balancing multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and coordinating volunteers.
  • Experience inputting and retrieving data efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience providing administrative, recruitment and onboarding support to supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Resource Support/Donation Coordination: Support the work of Community Partnership Coordinators (CPCs) and related programming by maintaining responsibility for the solicitation of donation items for Child Welfare and ODHS programs within the district and providing tax deduction documentation to donors.
  • Maintain regular communication with donors/potential donors, keeping them informed of upcoming needs, opportunities, and events.
  • Facilitate Meetings and Collaboration: Assists Supervisor as part of cross-program team in transition towards Community Work across programs.
  • Participate with cross program teammates in a coordinated response to ensure consistent processes and protocols across programs.
  • Provide Event Coordination: Support the Community Partnership Coordinators team in the coordination of monthly and annual events, including providing internal/external communications.
  • Provide Volunteer/Intern Administrative Program Support: Provide administrative, recruitment, and onboarding support to Supervisor and Family Time Team as part of the CW/SSP/APD volunteer and intern program.
