Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related fields, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Strong experience in project management, client communications, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling narratives and high-quality content under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with fast-paced, high-volume content production, ideally in a SaaS or B2B setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, able to manage competing priorities with ease.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, internal communications, and change management strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients leveraging our advanced communication services, ensuring a seamless experience from strategy to execution.
  • Develop compelling messaging frameworks and campaign strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on best practices for employee communication and engagement.
  • Build and refine project proposals, timelines, and reporting metrics to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
  • Own end-to-end project execution for multiple client accounts, from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Develop and manage communication plans, ensuring all assets align with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with designers, and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality materials under tight deadlines.
  • Partner with technical specialists to create comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage all aspect of the Achievers program.
  • Optimize workflows and processes for increased efficiency and scalability.
  • Craft engaging internal and external communication materials, including emails, newsletters, guides, and multimedia content.
  • Leverage your Achievers technical acumen to build engaging content that maximizes program and feature exposure.
  • Ensure content aligns with industry trends, employee engagement best practices, and client branding.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on performance insights and client feedback.
