Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience that ideally includes consulting at a top tier firm, of which 2-3+ years were spent in execution-oriented roles beyond consulting
  • OR 5+ years of in house communications strategy work at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive results on projects that don’t have clear ownership
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills – you’re the person who can align teams and get things unstuck
  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution mindset – you can diagnose problems and personally drive solutions
  • Outcome oriented – you see gaps and fill them without being asked
  • Have experience making a cross-functional impact
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work directly with executive leadership
  • Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex, one-off projects and delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic partner and to executive leadership on the company’s most critical communication initiatives
  • Translate executive vision into actionable plans, driving cross-functional execution on complex, time-sensitive initiatives
  • Serve as the analytical backbone for executive decision-making, providing real-time insights and recommendations on evolving strategic priorities
  • Lead and execute on amorphous, high-stakes strategic projects that require rapid iteration and pivoting as priorities evolve
  • Build executive dashboards and strategic analyses that inform board-level decisions and company direction
  • Act as a trusted extension of leadership, representing their priorities across the organization and ensuring seamless alignment and execution
  • Navigate and structure highly ambiguous problems, creating clarity and frameworks where none previously existed
  • Drive rapid cross-functional alignment on shifting strategic priorities across communications and operations
