Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant role – i.e. communications, insights, HR/people analytics, marketing, PR. Experience within frontline-facing organizations an advantage.
- Strong communication and writing skills, (written, verbal, audio and video) under tight deadlines and through an employee consumption lens.
Responsibilities
- Partner to devise, execute and embed an effective and impactful employee communications and engagement channel strategy.
- Design a qualitative and quantitative measurement framework to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of channel performance, communication activities and colleague feedback.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to develop and implement measurement and insights sharing best practices.
- Partner with colleagues across Corporate Communications, Strategy & Transformation and Enterprise Service Management to design and implement new ways of working that revolutionize the digital employee experience at PepsiCo.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Excel, ideally familiarity with Google Analytics/Looker Studio, Contact Monkey, and/or Power BI.
- Curiosity and vision: A clear understanding of how consumers access and share content, and the ability to translate that to how we engage associates across internal/external channels.
- A forward-thinking and innovative approach to anticipate and address new challenges within complex or growing business areas, regions, issues and topics.
- Leadership and influence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization.
- Project management abilities: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines across different time zones.
- Analytical and measurement skills: The capability to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt based on data-driven insights.
- Agility and speed: Balance the need to innovate and adapt to new tools and trends with the ability to manage expectations.
