Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) suite
- 5+ years of experience working with VoIP or PBX telephony systems and software, hardware, or telecommunications standards
- 3+ years of experience installing and configuring Instant Messaging systems, including Cisco Jabber, Webex, or Microsoft Teams, and Presence Services
- 3+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing Cisco voice and video endpoints, including VoIP and VTC
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
