Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a communications role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
- Write, edit, and distribute company-wide announcements, press releases, newsletters, and other corporate communications
- Assist leadership with speech writing and message development
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all platforms and materials
- Coordinate with departments to gather updates and information for communications
- Support crisis communication efforts and public relations responses
- Track communication performance and suggest improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in real estate or corporate settings is a plus
