Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a communications role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
  • Write, edit, and distribute company-wide announcements, press releases, newsletters, and other corporate communications
  • Assist leadership with speech writing and message development
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all platforms and materials
  • Coordinate with departments to gather updates and information for communications
  • Support crisis communication efforts and public relations responses
  • Track communication performance and suggest improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in real estate or corporate settings is a plus
