Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a communications, writing, or coordination role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external communications across departments
  • Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, reports, and presentations
  • Develop and maintain brand tone and messaging across all written materials
  • Support leadership in the preparation of speeches, briefings, and presentations
  • Ensure communication projects are completed on time and meet high standards
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, project managers, and leadership to align communication goals
  • Monitor communication performance and provide data-driven insights for improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with internal communications tools and editorial calendars is a plus
