Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a communications, writing, or coordination role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external communications across departments
- Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, reports, and presentations
- Develop and maintain brand tone and messaging across all written materials
- Support leadership in the preparation of speeches, briefings, and presentations
- Ensure communication projects are completed on time and meet high standards
- Collaborate with graphic designers, project managers, and leadership to align communication goals
- Monitor communication performance and provide data-driven insights for improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with internal communications tools and editorial calendars is a plus
