Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external communications initiatives
- Draft, proofread, and edit company materials including press releases, internal memos, newsletters, and reports
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across departments
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies
- Organize and maintain communications documentation and project timelines
- Liaise with external vendors, media contacts, and partners as needed
- Support communication planning for events, meetings, and company announcements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate communications is a plus
