Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external communications initiatives

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across departments
  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies
  • Organize and maintain communications documentation and project timelines
  • Liaise with external vendors, media contacts, and partners as needed
  • Support communication planning for events, meetings, and company announcements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate communications is a plus
