Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, writing, or PR-related role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute communication plans and campaigns for clients and internal initiatives
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, company updates, and written materials as needed
  • Assist with public relations efforts and media outreach
  • Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of content
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging across various formats
  • Conduct research and support message development for clients
  • Track and report on communication performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of media outreach strategies and AP Style is a plus
