Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a communications or coordination role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and proofread internal and external communications materials including newsletters, presentations, press releases, and reports
  • Coordinate communication strategies and campaigns across teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Support event planning, speaking engagements, and public relations activities
  • Assist in preparing executive communications and key talking points for leadership
  • Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely distribution of content
  • Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and media contacts as needed

  • Experience working in a corporate or agency setting is a plus
