Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in a communications or coordination role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and proofread internal and external communications materials including newsletters, presentations, press releases, and reports
- Coordinate communication strategies and campaigns across teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Support event planning, speaking engagements, and public relations activities
- Assist in preparing executive communications and key talking points for leadership
- Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely distribution of content
- Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and media contacts as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a corporate or agency setting is a plus
