Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordinator role
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with communication tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing communication plans that align with brand goals
- Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications, press releases, and company materials
- Coordinate the production of newsletters, presentations, reports, and other collateral
- Maintain and update communication calendars and schedules
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency of message and tone across all channels
- Monitor media mentions and industry news to support strategic messaging
- Support the planning and execution of company events and public relations initiatives
