Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordinator role
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing communication plans that align with brand goals
  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications, press releases, and company materials
  • Coordinate the production of newsletters, presentations, reports, and other collateral
  • Maintain and update communication calendars and schedules
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency of message and tone across all channels
  • Monitor media mentions and industry news to support strategic messaging
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and public relations initiatives
