Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound communication

- Draft and manage internal and external correspondence
- Maintain accurate communication logs and support documentation
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters, notices, and reports
- Coordinate with various departments to relay key information efficiently
- Support crisis communication efforts and urgent response protocols when necessary
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, office administration, or communications preferred
