Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit written communications including emails, reports, memos, and announcements
  • Assist in developing internal communication plans and strategies
  • Coordinate and support company-wide communication initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company projects, services, and policies
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure message consistency and clarity
  • Organize and participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
  • Provide administrative support to the communications department as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a communications or administrative role is an asset
