Requirements
- B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field
- Or previous experience in Sales commission calculation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Excel
- Motivation and interest in working independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Calculate commissions and produce Commission Reports on a monthly or quarterly basis for our sales team for all completed jobs in the previous month based on the established process
- Process monthly and quarterly commissions in accordance with company’s commission guidelines
- Conduct research and investigations of discrepancies and payment queries
- Learn commissions payment rules and guidelines for processing payments
- Prepare Volume Reports monthly for the company
- Other reasonable duties, as may be determined by Manager.
