Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in large matrix organization
  • Clear and concise writing style
  • Able to learn/understand IFF innovation/technology and position them as competitive advantage
  • High level of learning agility and commitment
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrate leadership potential, cultural agility and emotional maturity
  • Able to work effectively under global matrix structure with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Analysis – collaborate with sales directors to conduct pipeline reviews sharing insights and recommendations to Regional Commercial Leadership Team.
  • Commercial Excellence – Educate, Communicate and Reinforce best practices and ways of working.
  • Communication – Lead communication campaigns including -new launches, success stories, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Data driven decisions– Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools to drive data-driven decision making. Ability to interpret and present data insights effectively to support strategic conclusions and decision-making processes.
  • Develop appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support our strategic vision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Food Science/ Food engineering / Chemistry preferred
