Requirements
- Universal EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad/cell phone
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems; refrigeration experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity to customers
- Diagnose, repair, and calibrate a variety of HVAC/R equipment
- Be available for nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies
- Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Refrigeration experience preferred
