Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years banking/accounting/finance experience preferably in a Commercial Banking environment
  • Strong PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial clients and internal business associates in the execution of all assigned duties
  • Ensure high level client satisfaction with the operational functionality of the bank’s treasury management products and services
  • Provide exceptional phone support with limited in person client interaction in the form of client calls
  • Backup Support for Commercial Deposit Coordinators who maintain commercial client files to meet audit and bank standards
  • Assist clients with the banks Commercial Credit Card solution online platform
  • Seek resolution for operational issues to customer’s complete satisfaction and escalate systematic issues as encountered
  • Build a trusting relationship with Relationship Managers, work closely with them to support the needs of their commercial customers; keep the RM’s apprised of critical developments in customer relationships
  • Closely adhere to the Bank’s Information Security policies and procedures
  • Perform tasks that affect the Bank’s compliance with federal and/or state regulations
  • Adherence to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.
