Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and an understanding of commercial vehicle needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Commercial Vehicle Sales Team with daily tasks and customer interactions.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with potential commercial vehicle customers.
- Generate potential commercial vehicle sale leads.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Provide detailed information about our commercial vehicle offerings and services.
- Schedule and coordinate test drives and appointments with prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and promotional materials.
- Assist with vehicle inventory management and lot organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is a plus.
