Requirements
- Two years banking or equivalent experience, preferably in loan operations, with a thorough knowledge of the loan service process
- Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Time management for understanding the urgency of customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Exceed Member expectations by making their needs a priority
- Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department
- Prepare and file UCC Continuations
- Maintain insurance tracking – Phone contact with clients & insurance agents to get policy renewals
- Order tax service contracts
- Work closely with loan processors and lenders
- Handle general customer inquires, both external and internal
- LaserPro Doc Prep/Review
- Loan Booking
- Escrow Monitoring
- Imaging
- HMDA/Adverse Action
