Requirements
- At least 3 years insurance account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with EPIC agency management system is a plus
Responsibilities
- Servicing the day-to-day needs of insured clients
- Managing the execution of all aspects of client renewals
- Managing and delegating work to assistant account managers
- Maintaining accurate policy and insured information in the agency management system (EPIC)
