Requirements
- At least 10 years commercial insurance account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
- Familiarity with EPIC is a plus
Responsibilities
- Be the relationship manager with the insured
- Consult on accounts without a producer
- Counsel clients on coverage issues and potential coverage gaps
- Manage and delegate work to account managers and assistant account managers
- Maintain accurate policy and insured info in the agency management system (EPIC)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with EPIC is a plus
