Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum five years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum five years of commercial banking and/or title company experience with time spent in commercial/real estate lending area.
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in closing of various real estate loan transactions.
  • Ability to read and interpret documentation on loan operation, credit policy & procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with servicing of business depository and loan accounts.
  • Process advances on business lines of credit; obtain proper approval for all advances.
  • Perform public records search for all new loan requests, pull credit reports.
  • Assist commercial clients with issues relating to customer accounts (i.e. cleared checks, transfer of funds, loans, etc.).
  • Assist lenders in monitoring of past dues payments, collateral, insurance and financial statement exceptions.
  • Process paperwork and assist lenders in approval, documentation and funding of all loans. This includes communications with loan operations, title company, attorney, appraiser, environmental review company, insurance company, borrower, etc.
  • Provide weekly past due reports, daily loan portfolio report, monthly loan production, fee income & portfolio growth reports.
