Requirements
- Active P&C license required.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for improving the client experience and internal processes with technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Responsibilities
- Serves and grows the book of assigned clients by providing extraordinary service, educating the client, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals.
- Manage client renewals and handle ongoing servicing requests.
- Seek opportunities to round out existing accounts to fill any voids in the customers insurance portfolio.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide a high level of service for a variety of clients.
- Utilize EZLynx management system as the primary source of maintaining client information and policy management.
- Support team members and perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- EZLynx Management System experience preferred.
