Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with business, math, statistics, or related discipline
  • 8-10 years of sales / marketing data engineering, analysis, and reporting experience
  • Technical expertise in building and translating sales analytics, including reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, sales effectiveness and data-quality metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau or other data visualization and dashboarding tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, database principles and skill with SQL statements.
  • Python and R programming is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability for interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project to define Sales & Marketing Intelligence Strategy and provide analytic insight independently or via cross-functional partnership with other analysts to acquire, extract, analyze and visualize data to support GTM organization strategy.
  • Rationalize, define, and operationalize a consistent data framework across the Commercial organization in partnership with Finance to ensure accurate understanding and use of data for internal and Board level reporting against performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain insightful automated dashboards and data visualization to track business metrics and recommend actionable insights.
  • Analyze sales & marketing performance data to elevate meaningful insights and recommend strategic plans in collaboration with Commercial and Executive Leadership.
  • Lead data analysis initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytics to commercial teams and broader audience in writing and oral presentation formats.
  • Assist in defining required data flow functionality and mapping of Salesforce, or other sales technology, to business processes.
  • Keep pace with new data analysis, sales intelligence trends and industry developments.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Python and R programming is a plus.
