Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a closing sales role (ideally within the HR field &/or SaaS)
- Experience selling solutions to Executives across industries
- Experience forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Experience and drive to build 50% of pipeline by sourcing your own opportunities
- Experience selling to Commercial sized organizations (up to 1000 employees)
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound calling, emailing, and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Follow-up on opportunities generated by attending People Geekups and other company events
- Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close and communicate any challenges or wins to the team
- Gain an understanding of the prospective customer’s pain points and educate on Culture Amp’s value, highlighting our differentiators, effectively demoing the product over video conference, and guiding them through the sales process
- Co-create a solution and business case to enable stakeholders across the business to advocate for and adopt Culture Amp
- Work closely with our Customer Success Team, to achieve sales goals; Collaborate with delivery team members to support and set expectations for customers
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of closing experience (preferred)
