Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, paid media, advertising sales/business development, and/or account management
- Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems, with strong quantitative and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with partners
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and setting clear priorities under tight deadlines
- Self-driven and a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- High energy and a strong teamwork mentality, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a book of business from scaled Affiliate Commerce Partnerships program to supporting strong delivery of large scale partnerships at big box retailers
- Establish, develop, and deepen relationships with Affiliate Commerce partners
- Develop pitches that meet the needs of the partner while simultaneously growing the Condé commerce business
- Provide insightful monthly and campaign reporting to partners
- Deliver high-quality service to uphold Condé standards
- Collaborate with commerce editorial brand leads to identify new opportunities and manage partner performance
- Analyze merchant-level performance data to identify opportunities
- Effectively communicate business performance to senior leadership team
