Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience. Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a transactional or customer-facing role.
- 3+ years managing and developing people leaders and high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to improving customer experience, team processes and workflow.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations of the Collections Department, providing guidance and development for accounts receivable leaders.
- Oversee the department’s most delinquent balances by managing pre-collection and third-party agency processes.
- Manage vendor relationships including collection agencies and software partners.
- Review collection key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness of policies and procedures and identify improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-backed strategies to reduce bad debt and increase efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
