Requirements
- Specialized Cold Store Sales and new business development experience
- A results-driven approach with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving substantial revenue growth.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven success in Cold Store Sales with a record of delivering results through team collaboration, influencing decision makers, and new business development
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, focusing on delivering innovative logistics solutions.
- Expertise in using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of crafting solutions that address complex supply chain needs.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client interactions and projects efficiently.
- A Bachelors degree is required

- Take ownership of identifying and winning new business opportunities, significantly increasing revenue in your assigned market.
- Forge lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, offering them tailored logistics solutions that address their specific challenges.
- Expand existing customer portfolio’s, and develop new markets, territories and customers
- Develop and implement a high-impact growth strategy that maximizes profitability, consistently meeting and surpassing ambitious revenue targets.
- Stay at the forefront of market trends and Maersk’s full range of services, with a specialized focus on Cold Store’s within the broader Cold Chain.
- Work closely with local management and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction, ensuring long-term business success.
- Consistently outperform revenue goals, driving success for yourself, your clients, and Maersk’s strategic objectives.
