- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to create exceptionally written, compliant, and compelling proposal narrative
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate or develop rich graphic visuals
- Experience with technical leadership and project management
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Foundational knowledge in Agile & Lean principles & methodologies for application development
- Foundational knowledge in ITSM Automation & Orchestration
- Foundational knowledge in Machine Learning & AI
- Foundational knowledge in large scale cloud migration
- Foundational knowledge in next-gen cyber defense capabilities
- Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and guide growth efforts in Cyber, AI, and Mission Software technology solutions
- Identify emerging COE technologies and trends that can drive business growth
- Develop and execute innovative Cyber, AI, and mission software projects
- Mentor and support internal teams in developing their own entrepreneurial initiatives
- Analyze RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements and develop responsive solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and COE pursuit teams
- Ensure alignment between COE projects and overall business objectives
- Regularly review and update the COE strategy pipeline
- Support the pursuit of COE-based opportunities within the FedHealth Market
- Work closely with division leaders to develop comprehensive COE strategies
- Identify key areas for investment in COE solutions
- Collaborate with the COEs to ensure alignment on resource allocation
- Provide guidance, thought leadership, and technical support to teams
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of delivery and growth of COE initiatives
- Regularly report on progress, challenges, and outcomes of strategic COE pursuits
- Provide actionable insights based on performance data
- Coordinate ‘reach back’ with technical subject matter experts
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees are preferred
