Responsibilities

  • Develop and guide growth efforts in Cyber, AI, and Mission Software technology solutions
  • Identify emerging COE technologies and trends that can drive business growth
  • Develop and execute innovative Cyber, AI, and mission software projects
  • Mentor and support internal teams in developing their own entrepreneurial initiatives
  • Analyze RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements and develop responsive solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and COE pursuit teams
  • Ensure alignment between COE projects and overall business objectives
  • Regularly review and update the COE strategy pipeline
  • Support the pursuit of COE-based opportunities within the FedHealth Market
  • Work closely with division leaders to develop comprehensive COE strategies
  • Identify key areas for investment in COE solutions
  • Collaborate with the COEs to ensure alignment on resource allocation
  • Provide guidance, thought leadership, and technical support to teams
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of delivery and growth of COE initiatives
  • Regularly report on progress, challenges, and outcomes of strategic COE pursuits
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance data
  • Coordinate ‘reach back’ with technical subject matter experts
