Requirements
- Working towards a degree in a related field (Business, Communications, etc.) or has proven related work experience
- Self-starter who desires to learn, grow, and excel in their role and enjoys being measured by targets
- Interest in social media, social listening and digital marketing
- Attention to detail and ability to perform administrative tasks/update CRM; ability to strategically research and develop accounts for prospecting
- Comfort with, and desire to, cold calling and outreach (email, social, video, direct mail etc)
- Excited to thrive in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Support SDRs and Enterprise Account Executives in implementing appropriate prospecting strategies
- Use strategies such as cold outreach techniques and technology such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and 6Sense to assist with building an enterprise sales pipeline
- Establish contact with Enterprise prospects and qualify opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels
- Identify and share the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Determine the prospect’s interest in Hootsuite/Talkwalker’s products and services
- Schedule meetings for sales representatives with key contacts in prospective accounts
