Co-op/Intern – Email Marketing

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, or interest in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
• Attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Exposure to marketing tools such as Marketo and/or Salesforce (or other similar software) is an asset!
• Customer Focus: demonstrates a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external customers meet their needs
• Problem Solving: uses an organized and logical approach to find solutions to complex problems. Looks beyond the obvious to understand the root cause of problems
• Open Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting email marketing requests and organizing/updating the email marketing calendar
• Set up and update tasks related to email marketing projects and campaigns in project management platform (Wrike)
• Assist with content creation, templates, email lists and layouts
• Support email marketing team with tests and experiments of subject lines, content and send times to help optimize campaign performance
• Help monitor key metrics and campaign reporting; contribute to the creation of reports that summarize performance and provide insights for improvement
• Collaborate with other team members across marketing in support of email marketing strategies and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to marketing tools such as Marketo and/or Salesforce (or other similar software) is an asset!
