Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of California
- Dependable, kind-hearted, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for elder care
- Availability to work the NOC shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality, compassionate care to our residents during the overnight hours.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Perform regular safety and wellness checks.
- Work closely with the nursing team to monitor and report any changes in resident conditions.
- Help create a calm, secure, and restful environment for residents.
