Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and performance optimization techniques.
Programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Understanding of front-end and back-end integration, especially in systems that handle large datasets.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A genuine interest in building fast, scalable systems and improving user experience.

Enhance map performance by relocating data computations and joins from the user interface (UI) to the backend, with a goal of achieving at least a 40% reduction in map load times.
Support Illumio’s scalability needs, ensuring our platform can scale with growing data volumes.
Gain practical experience in performance optimization, backend data processing, and front-end integration, all while enhancing Illumio’s ability to deliver faster and more reliable visualizations.
Contribute to a core product feature and provide valuable learning in balancing performance and usability within scalable systems.
Create and publish an Azure app that automates the Cloud Secure onboarding process with a single click, replacing manual scripts.
Design the app using Azure SDKs and APIs, integrate security best practices, and prepare the app for publication in the Azure Marketplace.
Simplify the onboarding process for enterprise customers, ensuring compliance, security, and reliability.
Gain hands-on experience with cloud automation, secure app development, and hybrid cloud deployment, while directly contributing to Illumio’s strategic investment in Azure.
Develop a customer-facing solution, simplifying Cloud Secure adoption for clients and strengthening Illumio’s position in hybrid visibility.
