Requirements
- Post-secondary education in information management, computer science, or related field of study.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems, preferably cloud based systems in Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
- Experience in databases and able to leverage your strong SQL skills as part of your investigation techniques for issue resolution and fixes.
- Certification(s) in Cloud Technologies
- Knowledge in Java or any other programming languages
- Experience in automation of repeatable processes
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end users and business stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data issues.
- Identify and/or implement improvements to financial systems in order to streamline business processes.
- Work closely with vendor partners on implementations and enhancements, or when troubleshooting issues.
