Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with large multi-team development projects, including architecture solutioning, staffing and timeline management, solution alternative recommendations, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery and risk, or 14+ years of experience with large multi-team development projects, including architecture solutioning, staffing and timeline management, solution alternative recommendations, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery and risk in lieu of a degree

Translate customer’s IT modernization needs into actionable plans that include architecture design, technical specifications and solutions, and informative products
Lead the transformation of the way law enforcement uses technology as the team pursues cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems
Mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects
Shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth

Experience in designing and developing ETL workflows using tools, including Apache Spark or AWS Glue
Experience with different data storage technologies and databases, including Amazon S3 or Amazon Redshift
Experience with supporting the IC- and national-level system security initiatives
Experience developing machine-learning and artificial intelligence solutions
Possession of excellent written and verbal communications skills
