Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans detailing schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead project teams with minimal oversight.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or JIRA.
- Experience with Office365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive project discussions and activities with minimal oversight.
- Develop and modify project plans and track their progress.
- Clearly communicate project goals to team members to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Track and manage project-related action items.
- Conduct scrums to report on team tasks, update tasks, and track progress within Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks by working closely with stakeholders.
- Create and update deliverables utilizing Office365 tools, including reports and presentations for program leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Document stakeholder feedback on project activities and deliverables.
- Ensure that project activities and communications align with established procedures and best practices.
- Chair and conduct meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure projects and efforts remain aligned and on track.
- Provide a Project Level Weekly Status Report, including a qualitative and quantitative description of the work accomplished during the week.
- Comply with agency project documentation requirements, including requirements for strategic and tactical operating, reporting, and scheduling requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud migration.
