Cloud Computing Infrastructure Architect – Mid

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience using Windows or Linux
• Experience managing Docker containers
• Experience building solutions in either AWS or Azure
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain an IAT or IAM Level II or III Certification such as CompTIA Security+ Certification, before start date

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and maintain hybrid cloud capabilities
• Manage and communicate risk
• Collaborate with the team to research the environment and recommend tools and capabilities
• Share expertise with teammates to help the customer overcome challenges in the cloud
• Work with the Air Force to ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process
• Identify new opportunities to build cloud-based solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining highly reliable and scalable systems to reduce issues and downtime, including design and implementation of servers, storage systems, and network infrastructures
• Experience with modern security best practices for cloud infrastructure and networks
• Experience using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and scripting tools such as Bash, PowerShell, JSON, and Python
• Experience using Terraform, and management and monitoring tools
• Experience supporting operations for web-based applications
• Ability to analyze test results and effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to continuously improve the health, stability, and reliability of the system
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to interact with clients and lead, train, and mentor junior system administrators and cloud engineers
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
• Cloud Certifications
