Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and one year of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience or one year of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system OR associate degree and one year of relevant experience and two years of healthcare IT experience OR high school diploma/GED and one year of relevant experience and four years of healthcare IT experience
- ITIL Foundations certification within six months of position start date
- Familiarity with the processes and procedures related to healthcare regulatory agencies
- In-depth knowledge of clinical theory and practice
Responsibilities
- Interact with end-users to define problems.
- Coordinate and conduct education and end-user training programs to ensure systems are utilized as designed.
- Assist with end-user documentation development or a permanent reference for clear, concise information.
- Provide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development lifecycle with direction from Lead Analyst.
Preferred Qualifications
- Inpatient pharmacy experience
