Requirements
- Must be a qualified NC Supervisor
- LCSW license required
- Experience supervising associate clinicians seeking their hours for full licensure
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to Associate Therapists delivering teletherapy within our school district partnerships
- Support Associate Therapists in building trusted relationships with students and their families
- Offer guidance and consultation to Associate Therapists on psychoeducation and parent/caregiver engagement
- Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training to enhance clinical effectiveness (as needed, not required)
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs
