Requirements
- Minimum of Master’s Degree
- Current clinical license to practice independently without supervision
- Prescriptive Authority
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Experience working in QA highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and risk assessments.
- Implement corrective action plans in coordination with the broader QM team.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance process efficiency.
- Proactively train providers on quality standards and best practices.
- Analyze Psychiatry-specific data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide communication support to network through Zendesk.
- Meet with network providers when there is quality of care concerns.
- Review medical records for QA when there are billing concerns.
- Support new hires with training and acclimation to network.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in QA highly preferred
