Requirements
- Graduation from accredited school of nursing
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Current AHA BLS certification required at the time of hire
- Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organization skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards for a caseload of patients
- Coordinate/direct care delivered by the interdisciplinary team
- Accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures
- Provide physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/indirectly impacts patient outcomes and care
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hospital-based RN experience is preferred
- BSN preferred
