Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree is required. Nursing or related healthcare fields are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the hereditary cancer space.
- Background in clinical diagnostics.
- Market knowledge and experience selling to OB/GYN, MFM or Oncologist strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in establishing new markets and new products and increasing revenue quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; SalesForce.com.
Responsibilities
- Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual Genetic Counselors, Oncologists, and Surgical Oncology.
- Sales efforts include effective prospecting, cultivating and maintaining key relationships.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
- Sales efforts will focus on currently marketed products and new product launches.
- Play a critical role in the success of the organization.
- Utilize and access PHI via various technologies (paper and electronic) to perform the job duties.
- Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, general Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
- Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.

- Ability to develop and utilize cross-functional relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals and objectives.
- Comfortable engaging in proactive outreach and consultative dialogue that overcomes objections while connecting client needs with Natera solutions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a very high level of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of oncology, hematology, chemotherapeutics and targeted agents is a bonus.
