- Minimum 2 years experience maintaining PRD and non-PRD environments, troubleshooting, designing workflows, managing system access
- HS Diploma / GED
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, build, testing, and implementation of new clinical applications and upgrades.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for designated clinical applications, providing advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders (e.g., physicians, nurses, allied health professionals) to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure application functionality aligns with clinical needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other application coordinators and IT staff.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Manage system configurations, security, and integrity for assigned applications.
- Facilitate effective communication between clinical departments and IT, translating clinical requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed to support critical clinical systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in clinical informatics.
