Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Clinic Supervisor, Regional Manager, or similar position.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple locations and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients.
  • Ability to travel frequently to clinics across North Carolina.
  • ABA admin experience.
  • Leadership and management experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple clinic locations across North Carolina.
  • Assist in launching new clinics and establishing operational processes.
  • Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to Clinic Administrators and staff.
  • Ensure clinics are running efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic goals and initiatives for the region.
  • Act as a point of contact for all clinic-related issues and support staff in problem-solving.
  • Regularly travel to all clinic locations.
