Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Clinic Supervisor, Regional Manager, or similar position.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple locations and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients.
- Ability to travel frequently to clinics across North Carolina.
- ABA admin experience.
- Leadership and management experience required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple clinic locations across North Carolina.
- Assist in launching new clinics and establishing operational processes.
- Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to Clinic Administrators and staff.
- Ensure clinics are running efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic goals and initiatives for the region.
- Act as a point of contact for all clinic-related issues and support staff in problem-solving.
- Regularly travel to all clinic locations.
