Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- 3-8 years of investment experience with a focus on climate
- MBA and/or CFA a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop a framework that enables research analysts and PMs to price climate risks and opportunities
- Influence relative value ratings positively or negatively and inform position weights through climate research assessments
- Analyze and present climate opportunities and risks inherent in potential climate investments
- Monitor and stay informed about critical climate risks and developments
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid financial modeling skills coupled with a solid understanding of climate, finance, economics, and market cycles
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to be a reliable team player, build trust and confidence through collaboration with a wide range of internal and external colleagues
- Ability to work independently; efficiently prioritize workstreams
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills, Bloomberg
