Requirements
- Ability to provide IT customer support
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management principles
- Experience with desktop application installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to maintain client security settings
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationships with staff and IT infrastructure teams
- Ensure quality services are performed to the agreed SLA
- Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies specified are followed
- Ensure first class IT Service Delivery across locations for infrastructure services
- Resolve remote and on-site support issues to customer satisfaction
- Support the setup of processes around Service Management
- Provide general computer desktop & laptop support
- Configure new and existing devices according to corporate standards for deployment
- Install and troubleshoot desktop applications
- Maintain Licenses Management and version control
- Involvement in Hardware Refresh Project
- Maintain client security settings
- Support staff by phone, email, chat, etc.
- Provide basic network, security and printing support
- Support Local Production/Manufacturing Connectivity
- Install, configure & support printers
